Amenities at Pinnacle Shores
The Clubhouse is conveniently located towards the front of the development. A large open room with 30’ ceilings and plenty of space for almost any activity has been built for you to enjoy. The focal point of the main room is an oversized fireplace designed to impress and wow all our visitors. The clubhouse is equipped with bathrooms and showers and has a workout facility upstairs. The back deck overlooks a beautiful custom heated pool complete with beach entry and fountains. The pool deck is completely done in pavers and is large enough to entertain over 100 people. Relax inside sitting around with friends or come out to the deck and enjoy the view of the lake and the pool below.
The roads in Pinnacle Shores are solid paved roads that are a minimum of 22’ wide. This is much more than required by the state of Missouri. You’ll have plenty of room to navigate while driving through the community. Construction of the paved roads is another one of our specialties. This is an area where we differ from other developers. We own all the equipment necessary to complete the roads throughout our community and do not sub-contract to outside companies. This saves us money and the ability to do our own scheduling.
Located just minutes away, Branson has more live shows daily than anywhere in the country and there is always something for everyone. Branson also has big marquee entertainers constantly coming to Branson. There is no shortage of things to do or places to go. We have fine dining, shopping of all kinds, sporting events, museums, zoos, water parks, and a new international airport just south of Branson.
Springfield is located just north of us and offers everything you would find in a big city. The AA Cardinals call Springfield home from their new stadium and have had crowds of over 9,000 attend big games. Juanita K. Hammons Hall for the Performing Arts is also located in Springfield which is one of the most recognized performing arts venues in the country. Malls, dining and more shopping are easy to find throughout Springfield.
Mill Creek State Park is located just a half mile down the street from Pinnacle Shores. Mill Creek has barbeque pits, picnic tables, covered areas, basketball court, large boat ramp and dock. Mill Creek is a popular area for walkers who enjoy exercising along the lake.
